We’re excited that you’ve decided to have your next dental appointment at Papageorgiou Dental Associates! Our team is looking forward to getting to know you better during your visit and hopefully beginning a relationship that will give you ample cause to smile as the years go by. To make sure your experience with our dental office starts off on the right foot, please review the information below. Your First Visit

When you walk in, one of our team members will cheerfully greet you and help you with the check-in process. Once everything’s in order, you’ll be taken back to a treatment room so that we can ask you a few basic questions about your oral health history and any problems you’ve noticed in your mouth recently. We’ll make recommendations for follow-up appointments based on our findings after a thorough examination, and we’ll make sure you have all the information you need to make a well-informed decision moving forward.

New Patient Paperwork

You’ll need to complete a few forms before your first appointment to begin. The information on these forms will help inform us about your oral health history and the current state of your mouth so that we know what kind of questions we should be asking once your appointment begins. One of our staff members will be happy to assist you if you’re uncertain with how you should complete these forms, so let us know right away if you need help.

Papageorgiou Dental Associates offers our patient form(s) online so they can be completed in the convenience of your own home or office.
